I don't think I could stand a whole cupboard full of messy bundles but since I keep each person's sheets on the top shelf of the wardrobe I don't have to. A single messy bundle in the wardrobe is much easier to ignore.Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05067264634969563291noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7550579703997672879.post-34378848049412731192012-08-05T17:38:52.214+10:002012-08-05T17:38:52.214+10:00That's gorgeous "The Kitchen Maid'
Pe...That's gorgeous "The Kitchen Maid'<br />Personally - the rest of my house can be a shambles, but if my linen cupboard and plastics drawers are OK - I can function.<br />To keep everything together, when I organise things I put the pillow cases and fitted sheet inside the flat folded sheet, folded edge facing out, makes it easy to grab and run (four kids, I'm usually on a mission lol!). You can put the sheets into a pillow case, but this way works for us :)The Australian Consortium Of Nannieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15864845959562398600noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7550579703997672879.post-60324536038823698612012-08-05T11:53:34.027+10:002012-08-05T11:53:34.027+10:00Gloat alert: I was taught how to fold a fitted she...Gloat alert: I was taught how to fold a fitted sheet by a man who made hats for Jimi Hendrix. I roll them any old how, flatten them a bit so they look 'neat', and chuck them in the linen cupboard. I do like my towels folded nicely, but as long as everything's clean, I figure I could use my time to do something else!Vanessahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09205721394366642669noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7550579703997672879.post-69055159142268158942012-08-04T17:38:46.252+10:002012-08-04T17:38:46.252+10:00Wow! That would seriously revolutionise my Linen cupboard, which in all truth is so full of big messes I can hardly close the door to it and have taken to folding spare blankets and quilts up and "artfully" displaying them on chairs about the house rather than risk the door actually falling off, again.<br />But in reality it will only ever remain a theory.Flaming Norahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01777449640443864333noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7550579703997672879.post-51382836571005950622012-08-04T17:05:20.830+10:002012-08-04T17:05:20.830+10:00Ohh I actually appreciate this post because I alwa...Ohh I actually appreciate this post because I always get the shits with my fitted sheets and either wait for husband to come home or just shove the stupid thing in the linen cupboard so when I use it next I have massive wrinkles to lay on! I have learned how to fold a fitted sheet before (mine never ends up that neat) but I have never before heard about putting the sheets and extra pillow case inside a pillow case. That's gold!! I'm gonna do that (she says inside her own mind ... but will it pan out in practice?) <br />Leanne @ Deep Fried FruitLeanne @ Deep Fried Fruithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00886017636780724635noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7550579703997672879.post-27530091160291102012-08-04T15:40:38.678+10:002012-08-04T15:40:38.678+10:00'Home hints are a bit like this for me: I'...'Home hints are a bit like this for me: I'm obsessed with them. I am seriously rethinking the whole system as the linen cabinet is just outside my son's bedroom and he leaves things in front of it so it becomes inaccessable. When this happens towels and other linen gets piled up on top of the cupboard..not inside it..what the??Naturally Carolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15999271127735997770noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7550579703997672879.post-74517601916829979002012-08-04T14:02:17.289+10:002012-08-04T14:02:17.289+10:00Although mine doesnt look that neat.
